Our florists can make only one attempt to deliver the product, if the recipient is unavailable, Noidaflorist.com reserves the right to leave the bouquet or gift or cake with any other responsible person or neighbor with proper instructions to him for the recipients.
Delivery timings requested cannot be guaranteed in the circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, unfounded recipients, wrong address filled by the customer etc.
At peak times such as Diwali, Rakhi, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time and condition. To ensure this during these periods we may dispatch your flowers up to 12 hours earlier than normal.
Any changes to the recipient address can be requested before 8 hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.

We will cater to the complaints of damaged products on the day of delivery only. The complaints must be supported with substantial proof of the damage made to the product.
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any customer, in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we can reject that order.
Claims for refund will only be considered when it is found that delivery is not done. If it is established that delivery was not made, full refund will be made.
