1.Your beautiful fresh flowers will be delivered on the same requested day.

2.The flowers will be left in a secure place if no-one is available to accept the delivery. If the recipient is not home and the flowers cannot be left in a suitable place, the courier will leave a calling card detailing where they can be contacted by the recipient to rearrange a suitable delivery time and date.

3.We hate to disappoint so we are always happy to deliver to a business address during working hours, if you are not sure whether your recipient will be home.

4. At peak times such as Christmas, Valentines and Mothers Day we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time and condition. To ensure this during these periods we may dispatch your flowers up to 12 hours earlier than normal.

5.Fragranceflora.com is not responsible if the address filled in is wrong or invalid. We will try to inform you immediately but in that case  no refund will be made.

6.Fragranceflora.com is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.

7.Changes in order can be made up to 24 hours before the delivery time. We will do our best to ensure that the changes are made.

8.Claims for refund will only be considered when it is found that delivery is not done. If it is established that delivery was not made, full refund will be made.

9. All bouquets will be designed as per the description on the site. However, bouquets and gifts may be arranged differently from those shown in the respective pictures due to unavoidable reasons.

10. Our florists can make up to two attempts to deliver the product, if the recipient is unavailable, Fragranceflora.com reserves the right to leave the bouquet or gift or cake with any other responsible person or neighbor with proper instructions to him for the recipients.

11.By placing an order through this web site you are placing an order to purchase selected products at the shown prices on this web site. We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason including out of date pricing, inability to supply stock,
